My job is to oversee special projects and operations, designing and growing the systems and infrastructure that support the TalenTrust team as they help identify exceptional talent for our clients. My major contribution is applying attention to detail and consistency to my work, which helps ensure the continual improvement of both our operation and service.
I joined TalenTrust in June 2011 and have really loved seeing both the company and team grow over the years. This is an amazing group of people, living our core values internally and externally, and building trust and transparency that foster stronger relationships with our clients. It’s gratifying to see that our team always has each other’s back whenever there’s a need.
Before TalenTrust, I earned a BA in historic preservation and spent 20 years in building restoration, manufacturing, and project management. A TalenTrust value is work/life balance, and my life away from the company is spent fulfilling my passion for watching live music, especially at Red Rocks, and exploring my love for cooking, travel with my wife and son, playing hockey, and scuba diving.
