From the moment I started the interview process I knew that I had found my forever home. This feeling was reinforced over and over again as I began meeting the TalenTrust team members and learned more about the company. TalenTrust is a company that truly lives by their core values. Team members are always uplifting each other and working together. It is truly amazing to work with a team that supports you so you can be your very best each day.

Prior to joining the TalenTrust team, I worked in management for Starbucks, which is another company that stresses the importance of its employees working together as a team and making connections with customers. One of Starbucks core values instills the importance of connecting with customers. I did this through planning events and promotions in the local community through where we honored community groups such as local law enforcement and fire officers as well as other community members. TalenTrust takes this philosophy to a higher level which is why I felt so instantly at home.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my family travelling and enjoying the outdoors making memories.
