After over 8 years of working at several other ‘traditional’ recruiting firms, TalenTrust reached out to me. I was immediately blown away by TalenTrust’s unique approach. This company has a completely different philosophy in how to approach recruiting and retention, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been frustrated my entire career by the old models of recruiting with their insufficient results, and I know that change is desperately needed. TalenTrust is the front-runner in leading that change, and now I get to be a part of it!

A little more about me: I was actually a history major in college and got my start as a high school math teacher for 2 years and then made a career move into the recruiting industry. I’ve done recruitment for several industries including healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and IT, but the manufacturing industry was always my favorite, so that’s what I’m focused on now hear at TalenTrust. You’ll see me at just about every manufacturing event in Colorado, and hopefully throughout the country too.

I live with my wife, 2 kids, and 2 cats in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In my spare time, you might see us out in nature hiking, camping, skiing, and paddle boarding (although the cats probably won’t be with us!).
