Everyone at TalenTrust is trained, skilled, and enabled to leverage a consultative approach with our clients. I sincerely care about our clients and their growth and am honored to be part of their solution and see them achieve success.

In working with our clients, I leverage my background in industrial and organizational psychology. I really enjoy my part in the process, often analyzing data and information in a way that provides actionable information.

I received my doctorate from Colorado State University and have taught at several colleges across the Front Range. My research includes optimizing environments for decision-making, employee selection, and performance management. My publications have appeared in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology.

Before joining TalenTrust, I focused on developing targeted people solutions for rapidly evolving organizations. I’ve worked with CenturyLink, Denver Public Schools, the United States Air Force Academy, Center for Creative Leadership, Molson Coors, and Rockwell Collins.

What I love about working at TalenTrust is the freedom to take time away from work, which allows all of us to come to the table refreshed as well as continue to grow professionally and develop our skills. Our weekly WOWs and shout-outs to our teammates for living our core values help keep us motivated and connected.

In my free time, you can find me enjoying the beautiful Colorado mountains with my family and two dogs—or rescuing or fostering dogs.
