I was immediately drawn to TalenTrust for many reasons. When I learned how big of an emphasis is put on the people factor of the business, I knew it was a place I wanted to be. I am truly inspired by what the company is doing and love being able to be a part of helping our client’s find exceptional talent.
I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with a Business Minor. I started my first job out of college at Dillard’s as an Area Sales Manager and thought I wanted to be a Buyer. I learned that was not going to be the career for me long-term, however I knew I loved working with and helping people, which is how I found Recruiting. I have been Recruiting for over 10 years in staffing agencies and on the corporate side of the house for Aerospace, SaaS, Cybersecurity, AI/Robotics, Healthcare and more. It has been very fun exploring both. Since 2015 I have been on the corporate side (until now), and I missed working with a variety of clients in various industries and roles.
In my personal time you can find me spending time with friends, family, and my French Bulldog Bailee. My fiancé and I love to explore the mountains, listen to live music, play games, travel, go to sporting events, and pretty much everything in between. Fun random facts, I have a twin brother and I used to tap dance and play softball growing up along with running track and cross-country in High School.
