There were several things that initially excited me about being a part of the TalenTrust Team. First, the company is female owned, which speaks volumes to me as a female and a minority. Second, I was attracted to TalenTrust’s core values which are in line with my own values. And third, the company culture. I’m grateful to be a part of such a collaborative and supportive team. I feel so encouraged and motivated to do my best on a daily basis. TalenTrust is not your average search firm!
People are surprised when I tell them that I have had better training here (in a virtual work environment), than I’ve had in my previous onsite/in-person work environments. TalenTrust makes an effort to place the right people in the right positions, not only for their clients but for the TalenTrust Team, as well.
I have a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and a MS in Organizational Psychology. I’ve been able to use both of my degrees in the HR/Recruiting realm for the past 8 years, and I am excited to continue this journey at TalenTrust.
It’s also a privilege to be able to work from anywhere --- like when we get travel home to visit family in California. In my free time, I enjoy cooking delicious food, baking for my husband’s fire station, and hiking some of Colorado’s beautiful trails with my husband and 2 dogs.
