What stood out most to me when I first learned about TalenTrust were the core values of the company.  This is ultimately what lead me to join the team.  With TalenTrust you find a company that lives their values day in and day out, doing the right thing, even when it’s hard.  When I started, I knew the training and support that I received would set me up for success from day one.  Joining TalentTrust has allowed me the opportunity to work on a team, to build relationships and to make a difference in people’s lives.  To me, that is the ideal position and what gets me excited to go to work each day. 

I came to TalenTrust with 13 years of recruiting experience, mainly focused in manufacturing and skilled trades.  I transitioned out of the recruiting field for a couple of years, only to realize my passion and where I get the most joy is in making a difference in people’s lives and helping them find opportunities to best use their skillsets.  With the processes that TalentTrust has in place, I can help put the right people into the right seats within an organization.

I live in Michigan, born and raised.  I have a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Central Michigan University where I studied Entrepreneurship and Business.  In my free time you can usually find me spending time with my husband and daughter playing video games or hanging out with our stubborn English Bulldog, Churchill.  I love to travel and see new places, watch movies (especially scary ones) and enjoy spending time with family and friends.
