Denver, CO, November 23, 2022 – TalenTrust Director of Client Acquisition, Erin Dougan, has been selected to be a Forum Chair for the Womens Business Enterprise Council – West Region (WBEC-West)
Forum Chairs are WBEs that volunteer their time to represent each WBEC-West Region. Erin will be an integral part of the WBEC-West team and their success. She will act as a liaison between the community and WBEC-West and will raise issues, concerns, and challenges facing the WBEs in Colorado.
WBEC-West is a regional partner of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a coalition of corporations, WBEs and regionally focused women’s business organizations. As an affiliate organization, WBEC-West implements the certification standards of WBENC throughout Arizona, Colorado, Southern California, Utah, Wyoming, Nevada, Hawaii, and Guam.

Erin Dougan has been a member of the TalenTrust team for over 7 years. She came to TalenTrust as a recruiter before working her way into leading our Client Acquisition team. Erin is a proud Colorado native and an active alumna of Colorado State University. Outside of work you can find Erin watching Colorado State football or baking treats with her sons.
