Critical Process Systems (CPS) Group is a group of manufacturing and design companies providing innovative product solutions to the semiconductor, life science, high-purity chemical processing, gas systems, and wastewater industries.

Challenge:

CPS Group was seeking out a solution to better understand their employee experience and engagement in two of their business units. They wanted to better understand their employees and the challenges they faced daily to keep current employees happy and attract new ones as needed.

CPS Group found TalenTrust and began to utilize their quarterly employee experience survey solutions first and later learned about TalenTrust’s recruiting capabilities. They were successfully recruiting entry-level and manufacturing employees using their internal team and some staffing partners but were struggling to fill higher-level roles in a timely manner with their current team and resources. “TalenTrust offered us a different business model, and we liked the strategy and monthly partnership model,” says Nicole Blaschka Director of Human Resources (T&S North America).

 

Solution & Results:

TalenTrust has been able to step in and help the CPS team recruit for their more complex and high-level roles with ease. “We now have more dedication than we’ve ever had to finding the best talent and candidates for our more challenging positions and we’ve hired people who are excelling,” says Blaschka.
