I’ve been in the recruiting field for the last 5 and a half years, and have had the opportunity of working within different environments and industries; agency and corporate – which have lead me to where I am today with TalenTrust. I noticed many gaps in the industry within those prior environments – whether it be affecting the clients, the candidates, or the recruiter. Those gaps have always propelled me to seek out a workplace that truly aligns with my own values and can provide a solution within the staffing industry that meets all party’s needs. TalenTrust allows the opportunity to really tailor solutions for each client in a way that I’ve not seen before, while also providing an exceptional candidate experience. TalenTrust values quality, connection, and personalized experiences the way I do, which is why I’m so excited to be a part of this team and grow alongside them!

I was born and raised in South Africa, and since moving to the USA with my family when I was 10, I’ve had the privilege of living in a few different places so far: Hershey, Pennsylvania; Fort Collins, where I attended Colorado State University – Go Rams!; and Denver, Colorado. I currently reside in Reno, Nevada with my husband and rescue dog. The flexibility and encouragement of a good work/life balance here at TalenTrust allows me to enjoy all of these beautiful places! In my free time I love skiing in the winter, traveling with my husband, hiking with our dog, and spending time with our families whenever we’re able to travel back to the East Coast.
