When I relocated to Denver I wanted to stay in recruiting. I interviewed with TalenTrust for a client position, but was so impressed with the recruiter that I asked if TalenTrust was hiring. They were, I was selected, and I’ve never looked back. I have never worked with a company that lives and breathes its values on a daily basis like we do here. Treating everyone we serve, including each other, with respect and dignity is a top one for me. I am truly amazed by every team member we have here at TalenTrust and how caring and compassionate they are.
I have been in management and recruiting for more than five years, including four years at Lanier Parking as a talent acquisition manager. I am passionate about recruiting. I love talking with so many different types of people and hearing their stories, and then helping them find a job they love in a company where they fit. Making a difference in people’s lives is an incredible feeling.
Even though I’m not a fan of cold weather and prefer a beach or lake, when I’m not at work, I love spending time outside with my sweet dog, Lily.
