I came to TalenTrust after starting a career in sales, and while I enjoyed the work I was doing, it was not what I was truly passionate about. TalenTrust offered me an opportunity to take a deep dive working in marketing while also pursuing my interests in human resources and talent.
As a young professional, I loved that TalenTrust was a small business with big aspirations. TalenTrust wants to grow as a company, and they do so by investing in their people. I get to learn new skills every day and grow in my career in ways I never expected that I would.
I was also drawn to TalenTrust’s incredible core values as they really align with my own. It is very rare to find a company that openly speaks about its core values and strives to live them every day. I love that when our whole team comes together we get to recognize one another for the exceptional ways that we live out these values in our interactions with both our clients and team members. Knowing that all of the team puts our values before anything else feels so refreshing.
I received a degree in Marketing from the University of Wyoming (go Cowboys!) with an emphasis in Customer Experience Management and a minor in Human Resources. I live and was raised in beautiful Colorado and in my free time, I love to travel to national parks, read, paddleboard, and go to concerts.
